Alexey “Near_You” Kuchkin, head coach of PARIVISION:

Many of our fans are probably wondering why such drastic and radical changes have taken place within the PARIVISION team, and what lies ahead. We fully understand your concerns and want to be as transparent as possible. Thank you for continuing to support us! Although our team has shown decent and even consistent results at tournaments lately, we’ve been struggling with internal instability. Players had different views on the game and the reasons for winning or losing. With every event, they grew further apart, and the synergy began to fade — resulting in more dips in performance. At one point, we decided to rely on the players’ own vision and let them define how they wanted to play. That brought back some synergy, and practice sessions improved. But a loss in the League Cup qualifiers revealed that old problems hadn’t disappeared — and new ones emerged.

The roster hit its ceiling. And while all the players are stars of the World of Tanks scene, it became increasingly difficult to grow as a team. They’d been playing together for a long time and had become exhausted.

After detailed discussions with the players, the club’s management decided to undergo a complete roster rebuild. We’ve assembled a lineup where tactical vision and in-game execution go hand in hand. New players, fresh blood, and hunger for victory — these are the motivating forces we believe in. With your support and the players' dedication, we’re confident in building a new future for the team. We wish the best to everyone who’s been with us on this journey. Thank you for staying with PARIVISION!
